We work with as much or as little personal contact as you’d like, with online tools, packages, and communication that makes everything reassuringly easy.
What’s included in a watch visit?
Inside. Outside. The stuff in between. We check everything on every visit.
Lights and locks. Systems and smells. HVAC and even humidity. We check your house’s vital systems for out of the ordinary stuff, and report back to you with photos as necessary.
We can take care of minor things, or work with you to schedule services for the bigger stuff.
